4 Ways to Serve Spaghetti Squash

This week I’ve shared two different ways to serve spaghetti squash. I’ll refer to them as fancy (AKA Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Muffins) and rustic (Veggie Topped Spaghetti Squash). If you’re like me and spaghetti squash has become your pasta replacement go-to, then you probably want some more ideas. It’s your lucky day! Here are four other ways to turn that squash into something quite remarkable.

Basic Pasta Sauce– Ok, the word basic may not make you think remarkable, but in my book it does. If you can take a squash and turn it into a bowl of sauce and parmesan-topped yumminess, I think that’s pretty amazing.

Quick Avocado Sauce for Pasta– This is one of those sauces that I wonder why I didn’t make it sooner. Avocados aren’t made only for tortilla chips and tacos. Nope, it makes a lovely sauce for spaghetti squash or regular pasta, if you prefer.

Zoodles with Ricotta Sauce– Yes, this says zoodles, but you definitely could top your spaghetti squash with this ricotta sauce. I mean, a cheesy sauce? You could put that on lots of ingredients, and it would be delicious!

Individual Spaghetti Squash Lasagnas– If you want to go for something that leans toward fancy, these lasagnas are it. They could keep the meal low carb but provide all the elements of a regular lasagna.

Ok, pick your topping. Buy the ingredients. Get cooking!
