Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Pretzel Sandwiches

Ingredients

cup
creamy peanut butter

powdered sugar

checkerboard-shaped pretzels

milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine peanut butter and sugar in a medium-sized bowl and mix with hand mixer until smooth.
Spread a small amount of peanut butter mixture on a pretzel and top with a second pretzel. Transfer to a waxed paper-lined plate.
Repeat 49 more times. (It’s worth it!)
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals. Stirring after each until thoroughly melted.
Dip pretzel sandwich in chocolate, scraping off excess.
Return coated sandwich to waxed paper-lined plate.
When all 50 sandwiches are coated, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Notes
If you prefer a sweeter filling, more sugar can be added.
