blackberries

sugar

graham cracker sheets

vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Place blackberries in a small bowl, and sprinkle with sugar.
Using a muddler or back of a spoon, gently press berries to make a quick, cold sauce.
Place graham crackers in a bowl; using a tenderizer or rolling pin, crush into crumbs. (They don’t need to be evenly sized.)
Using your serving dish of choice, spoon 1/3 cup yogurt into the bottom of each dish.
Place 1/4 of the blackberry mixture on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs on each dish.
Top graham cracker crumbs with another 1/3 cup yogurt.
Place 1/4 of the blackberry mixture on top of the yogurt.
These can be eaten immediately or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
Notes
The parfaits can be stored for a longer period of time, but the crackers crumbs will lose their crunchiness.
