Thanksgiving Meatballs 2.0

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup crushed garlic croutons
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine turkey, crushed croutons, egg, and sage in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well using hands or a spoon.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Form mixture into balls the size of walnuts and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
