watermelon cubes
2
teaspoons
maple syrup
Sea salt
Instructions
Place watermelon cubes on a baking tray.
Place tray in freezer for at least 4 hours or until cubes are frozen solid.
Transfer cubes to food processor fitted with blade attachment.
Process on high for 30 seconds or until cubes have become slush.
Divide between two bowls.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of maple syrup on each bowl.
Sprinkle with a tiny amount of salt.
