red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Cut corn off of cob, transfer to a small bowl.
Core and dice tomato, add to bowl.
Add vinegar
Toss all ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
