- 1. 8 large eggs
- 2. 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3. 1/2 cup of diced onions
- 4. 1 1/2 cup of half n half
- 5. 4 tomatoes sliced
- 6. 2 tablespoons of dried basil
- 7. 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato pesto
- 8. 2 teaspoons of sun dried tomatoes
- 9. Pie dough
- 10. 1 teaspoon of Crisco
- Crisco up your favorite pie dish. Form your pie dough in pie dish. Mix up all ingredients and put in pie dough. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center jiggles a little.
