PSA- Valentine’s Day is one week away! If you weren’t aware of the holiday’s pending arrival, you now have been reminded.
To continue with this week’s theme of homemade valentines, I have four more chocolate recipes that you can make for a special person.
Coconut Macadamia White Chocolate Cookies– I’m starting this list with a cookie I’d love to receive. It combines sweet white chocolate, chewy coconut, and crunchy macadamias, creating a cookie that’s perfect (in my eyes anyway).
Chocolate Covered Cherry Biscotti– Chocolate covered cherries are the classic valentine candy. Turn them into a homemade baked good, and you have an even more special gift.
Chocolate & Bourbon Truffles– Yes, you can buy truffles at the local chocolate shop, but when you make homemade you have more options. You get to choose the bourbon and the coating for the truffles, so it truly is a custom gift.
Ice Cream Truffles– No, you can’t put these in a box and send them as a gift. However, you can serve them as dessert or as a little something special before you head out for the night.
Make your choice, and get ready to wow your valentine with your handcrafted present!
