Over the next two weeks, I’m guessing that many of us will either host or attend a brunch at a home. Be prepared with some delicious options!
Berry & White Chocolate Scones– These are a must-have at my house, at least as far as my husband is concerned. They’re sweet, fruity, and incredibly tender.
Brunched Up Grapefruit– As you’ll see, my list of recipes is heavy on baked goods. Lighten it up with this recipe. Just a little fruit served in a fancy way with this easy to make, but oh so elegant, side dish.
Bourbon Pecan Biscotti– It’s the holidays, which means it’s the perfect excuse to include some liquor in your breakfast. And yes, add a little bit to your coffee while you’re at it.
Sweet Potato Biscuits– There’s a lot of sweet in this list. These biscuits are a nice savory option. Serve them hot with butter. If you’re sweet tooth is calling, add a drizzle of honey.
Snickerdoodle Muffins– A cookie in muffin form? Yes, please. This is guaranteed to please young and old alike.
Keep this list handy, and you’ll have amazing, homemade dishes for your next brunch!
